2011 DADI Awards
Grand-Prix Award
We were honoured and humbled to have been awarded the 2011 Grand Prix award at this year’s DADI ceremony! Awarded for Twitition, our internal Twitter-based web application, this really was highlight of the site’s success.
We’re thrilled that something so successful can be the result of an internal experiment which we enjoyed working on so much.
Use of Social Media
We scooped the top prize in this category for Twitition, our web app which is gaining popularity by the day. With almost 1.2 million followers, Twitition is the platform for many fun and light-hearted petitions, and also a few life-changing causes too.
In-house Website or Campaign
Another win for Twitition, we received the DADI award for best In-house Website, beating some tough competition. In what turned out to be an incredible night for our popular application, the team were delighted at its success and so proud of the overwhelming recognition Twitition received.
Nomination for Use of Technical Innovation
We were nominated in this category for the international delivery directory we created for Interflora – the world’s most popular flower delivery network.
Interflora wanted to replace their large and bulky paper delivery directory with an online system. We created a multi-lingual system which could be accessed by thousands of florists worldwide, and boosted Interflora’s productivity. Although we missed out on this award, we were honoured to be nominated.

Digital Impact Awards 2011
Silver award for Best Development of own Social Media
Just scanning over the shortlist for the prestigious Digital Impact Awards 2011 filled us with astonishment that our Leeds-based agency was up against brands such as Coca-Cola, Centrica and Vodafone.
So when we attended the ceremony with our internal site, Twitition, we didn’t expect to be walking away with a silver award. This achievement is testament to the popularity and reach of Twitition, and the team’s hard work.
Silver award for Best Intranet
After receiving a silver award for Twitition, we were even more excited to be awarded another for Best Intranet! The multi-lingual intranet we developed for Interflora won us this prestigious award, and it demonstrates our technical ability to combine such a complex back-end system with a smooth interface.
The intranet has transformed the way Interflora does business worldwide, and has saved them a substantial six-figure annual sum.
