I’ve recently been having a look around Adobe Creative Suite 4 and specifically how we can utilise some of its features to further develop the working relationship between our offices in the UK and Malaysia.

One notable addition to the latest incarnation of Adobe goodies is a “Share My Screen…” option from the file drop down. I gave it a try and believe that you should too! The product it links to is a ready made solution for communicating development ideas, concepts, and working practices across the world.

Adobe ConnectNow effectively joins the two Branded3 offices together in one resource rich meeting place. We can all view each others’ machines in situ. Talk through application development via the webcams. Offer concise explanation through annotation. Collectively find solutions through simple transfer and edit of files at runtime. Every aspect of it gives the user the chance to not only make suggestions, but show and explain their ideas.

Although there are countless other alternatives to Adobe ConnectNow, at this time I can’t see a cheaper and more efficient way of tying Branded3 together. Its so simple to use, oh, and did I mention the best part? Its free! So sign up now! We have.
