First4lawyers wanted to boost the number of visitors leaving their details through the website for starting a claim and also for requesting a call back.

 

Strategy

Rather than testing for small macro conversion, we took the approach that we should produce big site changes to produce big conversion changes. We gave the website a fresh new look, changed the structure of the call to action and ran extensive tests.

Results
