Visitor Spy is a new product within our analytics suite (powered by Click Tale) and offers an amazing insight into how customers are browsing your website. Far cheaper than testing your site with a panel of users the Visitor Spy videos users as they move around the site and shows, in real time, all the actions they take from filling in forms to adding items to a shopping cart.

Videos can be segmented and filtered so that interesting videos are flagged for viewing and analysis. We can pick all the users who bought a product having searched for a particular keyword and see their path through the site or filter by landing page to see why visitors abandoned a form halfway through.
