Tim Grice

CEO

Tim joined the Branded3 team in 2010, bringing with him five years of experience in developing and executing online marketing strategies for businesses globally. Regularly quoted by the top industry resources, his unique insights have established him as an SEO thought-leader, and he’s regularly invited to speak at major digital conferences around the world.

Tim is responsible for overseeing the strategy of the company; the culture and ensuring Branded3 continue to deliver industry leading results for our clients.

Mike Jeffs

Client Services Director

Mike heads up Branded3’s Client Services team as Client Services Director. He is adept at aligning SEO strategies to brand and marketing objectives, ensuring our campaigns deliver on all levels.

He has been instrumental to some of our biggest SEO client wins to date, using his online marketing skills and personable demeanour to assure clients of our customer-focused ethos. The results that Mike delivers are a reflection of his skills, tenacity, and determination to succeed.

Steve Shaw

Digital Director

Having worked alongside brands such as Mars, Pedigree, and Whiskas, Steve brings invaluable brand experience to the agency and heads up our Digital team, leading our expert web design and development offering.

With an eye for technical detail and a methodical approach to online strategies, Steve has been at the forefront of our biggest development projects to date, including an ecommerce website build for cult cosmetics brand Illamasqua, and a comprehensive CRM application for Interflora.

Stephen Kenwright

Director of Search

Having previously worked in-house at FTSE 250 strategic outsourcing business Mitie, Stephen is from a background in advertising and has an MA in Shakespeare.

He now works closely with Branded3’s PR, Content Marketing, Design/Development and Paid Search teams to deliver SEO performance for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Laura Crimmons

Communications Director

Laura is Branded3’s Communications Director, leading the PR and social media strategy across our biggest client accounts, including Vue Cinemas and Ladbrokes. With extensive SEO and social media knowledge, and experience in both traditional and digital PR, Laura knows how to create and execute campaigns which deliver multiple online benefits.

Having worked in national and international PR, Laura has established relationships with some of the most influential media contacts there are.

Andrew Machin

Creative Director

Andrew is Branded3’s Creative Director, leading our web design team and developing unique and engaging ideas for our client’s campaigns.

Andrew’s web design and usability expertise has seen him talk at various industry conferences, and helped us secure some great projects for some of our biggest clients.

Dave Smith

Operations Director

As Branded3’s Operations Director, David is responsible for reporting on profitability and resource across the business, playing a crucial role in the growth and success of the agency. David identifies key efficiencies and introduces pioneering solutions which reduce business costs and create a smoother working process.

With a solid understanding of search marketing and a passion for all things SEO, David regularly blogs about search updates and trains all of our new SEO team members.

Matthew Jackson

Planning Director

With an impressive background in analytical science and a deep understanding of online marketing strategies, Matthew is Branded3’s Planning Director. Matthew is responsible for providing strategic direction, borne out of analysis and audience insight, to teams across the business.

By gathering consumer insight and planning for each stage of an account or campaign Branded3 can ensure its campaigns drive maximum engagement and impact.

Alan Ng

Head of Insights

Alan is Branded3’s Head of Insights and leads our penalty removal offering. He combines analytical analysis with his testing background to deliver revenue-boosting CRO strategies and optimised reporting insights for clients including Inchcape, First4Lawyers and Powwownow.

With a PhD under his belt and an enthusiasm for all aspects of Search, Alan designs and maintains some of the most cutting-edge custom tools in the industry for Branded3 to deliver clear, actionable insights for our clients.

Mark Taylor

Head of PPC

Mark heads up the PPC team and takes the lead on the PPC accounts of our biggest clients. Having worked with some of the UK’s biggest brands, Mark has over six years’ PPC management experience, helping clients spend their paid search budget as efficiently as possible.

Logically-minded and with a passion for data, Mark can identify where PPC campaigns require the care and attention they deserve in order to achieve what matters: business acquisition and ROI.

Andy Curry

Head of UX and Design

With over 15 years of creative digital design experience, Andy heads up our User Experience and Design team. A passionate advocate of a research-based user-centric approach to design, Andy has led projects for a huge variety of big name clients from public and private sectors, including multinational corporations, household brands, national institutions and government bodies.

Andy prides himself on producing design that is intuitive, innovative and beautiful, and above all, achieves tangible results for the client and their users.

Charlie Harris

PR and Marketing Manager

Charlie is our PR and Marketing Manager, working out of the Leeds Office she handles all of our online and offline marketing activity including the management of our internal and external events, compiling award entries and managing the production of thought leadership content across the teams at Branded3.

With a degree in English Literature and Language and an extensive background in both Marketing and PR she plays an integral role in the creation and implementation of the Branded3 marketing strategy.

Dominic Bosher

New Business Manager

Dominic is Branded3’s New Business Manager and is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential business prospects. With a comprehensive overview of all of Branded3’s service offerings Dom is our main point of contact for potential clients.

Having previously worked for Sky Media and Morrisons, Dominic has experience working with many worldwide brands focusing on building client relationships and creating account growth across multiple channels.
